Employment Opportunities
Kohl's will begin accepting hourly applications when the store of interest is listed, candidates can click on the store name for hourly position hiring information. Kohl's also run local newspaper employment ads to let potential candidates know that it is hiring.
To apply an Hourly Position, candidates must be at least 17 years of age and be able to pass a drug screen. Kohl's will host a part-time hiring Job Fair for each new store location. Candidates may report to the Job Fair site to inquire about employment opportunities, but only those who have scheduled an interview online or through the Kohl's Hiring Hotline are guaranteed an interview.
