1: Fantastic Resource
I learned about this book from my prenatal class. As a first time mom with no clue I found this book to be indispensable in helping me figure out what I needed to do to get ready for my baby. I hadn't even thought about interviewing a pediatrician or creating a birth plan. The first section of this book lists all the things you need to do as expectant parents before the baby arrives. The second section in this book told me about all the things I should get for my baby, practical everyday things that every expectant parent needs to have on hand, and what to look for when shopping for a particular product. I carried this book with me every time I shopped and checked things off as I made my purchases or registered for my baby shower. While shopping, other expectant moms asked me what I was referencing, and I shared the advice in the book with them right in the stores. Many of them bought a copy of the book for themselves. Using the information in this book I was completely prepared when my baby arrived.

2: What a Helpful Resource
Being a first time parent I was looking for a book that was easy to read, got right to the point and gave me the basic information I needed to get ready for my baby. Baby Lists tells you about all the everyday, practical things you'll need for your baby. No fancy, expensive products just well known brand names that most people are already familiar with. Baby Lists is kind of like a work book. I went through the book chapter by chapter. As I shopped or registered for my baby shower I just checked everything off and knew that it was done. I especially liked the chapters on how to interview a pediatrician and questions to ask when taking my hospital tour. There were so many things I would never have thought to ask. I'm so happy I found this book. I highly recommend it.

3: Wonderful Baby Registry Resource
This book is a well organized, comprehensive guide to what you need the first year. I like that it tells you what are necessities versus what are nice things to have, but not necessarily necessities. Also, I like the chapter on nursery accessories, things like cute drawer pulls, scented drawer liners and switch plates. Things I didn't find in other product recommending books. I also found the first section of this book really helpful. Without this book I would never have known how to create a bifth plan, stock my medicine kit or how to interview a prospective nanny. The Feeding Schedule Sheet and Emergency Phone Numbers and Safety/Health Information Sheet are another great feature in this book. It's the only book I found that told what I needed to do and what I needed to buy all in one book.

4: Expecting Twins
Pregnant for the first time with twins. Love this book. Not only does it cater to expectant moms of singletons but has special products for twins and tells you how many of each item you'll need for twins. Love the ease of reading and how each chapter is designated to a specific topic. Was a great baby registry resource.

5: Great Book for Expectant Parents
I just got this book from a friend. She gave it to me as a prebaby shower gift. It's the best baby registry resource I've seen. Most baby registry lists just suggest things like gowns, receiving blankets, bottles, strollers, etc. This book not only suggests products but tells you the best brands, how many of each item you'll need, why you need the item and how to use it. Besides listing products it tells you how to pack a diaper bag, child proof your house, supply your medicine chest, interview a nanny and more. Other product recommending books don't go into any of that. I can't thank my friend enough for giving me this book.
