1: Great Alamanac a must have for the know it all types.
I'm the type of person who thrives on seemingly useless information. I love this book and all of the information that Ben Schott has so meticulously documented. I have since purchased the whole series and look forward for the future almanacs to come.

2: Book review
I looked all over for this product and could only find it on Amazon.
If you are a trivia buff, you will definitely want this book so you can find the answer to any question you may have.

3: Facts for the Trivia Buff
This book is a brilliant review of the year (well, a portion of the year, see below) that hits all of the highlights - and the lowlights as well! With lists such as Grammy and "Blackwell's Best-Dressed" winners, population charts, surveys of Americans' opinions, day-by-day reviews of the year, and one-page bios of important and not-so-important people, Schott's Miscellany 2008 is a staple of the trivia buff's shelf.
Note: the author explains in the foreward that the "Year 2008" covered in this book actually runs from September 2006 through August 2007. So it runs in an odd year, but it helps rather to think of it as an "academic almanack".

4: Schott's Miscellany 2008
You want to know somethin? Just about everything is in this book!
A must for Bath, Bedroom or just general reading.

5: Schott's Miscellany 2008: An Almanac
Love this Almanac. Gifted all my children a copy (ages 17,23,25). Love topics like "Some 2007 Movie Taglines of Note". It is packed full of trival pop culture that makes for fun conversation at parties. Who knew all the "best airports for sleeping"? Something for everyone!
