I have been using Tamilee's exercise videos for over 10 years and consider her to be my fitness guru. In this book, she is very open and honest about her own fitness slumps and her body's changes as she ages (she's 45). She has a helpful guide in her book about how to combine her fitness videos properly for the best results and best of all, her new plan involves walking for health. It's not a very long book, but it includes new ideas for putting together your own routine using minimal equipment. There are lots of clear, easy-to-use photos of her doing exercises and there is some content related to all-around healthy living. Her fans will like her book.
