1: Just Not Sure
As a big fan of Diane Stein's books, I looked forward to this one with special interest. Having worked with the material for some time now, I cannot say with certainty whether the claims it makes are valid. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong, perhaps I've missed something. I have garnered some insights and experienced a few serendipitous events, but on the whole I haven't had the profound transformation the material promises. Maybe there's no "one size fits all" route to self-healing. It would be helpful if Ms. Stein addressed the "what if this doesn't work for you" phenomenon, and offered suggestions for improving one's technique or addressing subconscious biases or whatever it might be that stands in the way. Ms. Stein is a very dedicated, experienced and compassionate healer and author. But despite my earnest efforts, I can't give this book an unequivocal thumbs-up, as much as I would like to.

2: Simply Life Changing
The processes in this book changed my life as nothing else ever has. Essential Energy Balancing has been the key to contacting my true self, the culmination (yet the beginning) of a lifetime's journey!
It is hard to describe the changes because they are subtle, dramatic, specific and pervasive all at once. For example, depression no longer comes out of nowhere. Relationships are not so conflicted and confusing. I daily feel the deep comfort of my active connection with the Cosmos and beyond.
You must take a lot of this work on faith, on subtle intuitive sensation. It is beyond the rational mind and nothing like you have likely ever experienced. The results are so worth the effort and the temporary discomfort some of these healings can bring up.
If you want to truly know who you are, this is the book for you.
I am eternally grateful for Essential Energy Balancing and its sequals EEB II and III. I can't reccomend this enough.

3: Essential for Ascension...
In short, if you are already on the ascension path, this is a must read, must do. The processes involved with the clearing of karma at many levels are extremely effective. For example, I used the Lords of Karma process to release my relationship karma...and soon thereafter I received my release.. . through a new and healthy relationship that I am still enjoying. That is just one of my positive experiences. I have shared this work with my mother and friends and they are getting similar, very prompt results. The processes done through this level one book are exceptional and pave the way for future clearing and healing through Essential Energy Balancing II and III. I highly recommend it to those who are "seriously" working toward ascension and personal balance.

A very helpful guide to fulfilling your spriritual awareness and growth. A must read for all believers!

5: very confusing book
I agree a lot with Wolf's review of this book. It just dosent add up. I think that generally, people throw around the word Karma carelessly. Before your born, you choose the experiences you were going to have, the signigigant relationships, life mission etc. You choose the way your going to grow on your spiritual path. To write a book that says you can bypass this is misleading. However, I do believe there are certain cellular and DNA memories from past lives and current lives that CAN be released. I suggest others interested in Karma and other related books search for the Matthew books "Matthew tell me about Heaven" by suzy ward
Botton line, nomatter what, your here to grow on this planet Earth, otherwise why would we come?
