1: Amazing
What an amazing book! Three friends and I decided to work once a month to create meals for our families that would be healthy and easy to prepare. This book is instrumental to our success, and we continue to use it on a regular basis. The recipes are easy to follow, and have a wonderful international flair.
The only difficulty that we encounter is that the recipes are geared towards a pack of meat that can be found at a warehouse store. That doesn't always translate into neat math for four women with families. So, we have do do some calculations for our shopping list, but we persevere.
When is a follow-up book coming? We need one! We have touched so many lives with our meals from this book besides our own. Our meals go to food banks, meal ministries, families that are expecting new babies, and the elderly. Please inspire us with new ideas!

2: Not what I wanted
The information about what to freeze and how was helpful. I did appreciate the appendixes with the samples of shopping list, the chart for frezzer inventory and the frezzer labels. I wish each recipe had included the information on how long to frezze each item. I found very few recipes that my family would eat. I found one or two recipes that I could prepare for my self.

3: Great for gourmet working moms
My family of 4 loves home-cooked meals, but with 2 working parents, it's hard. We used to try to find gourmet dishes that freeze well, cook large quantities on weekends and freeze for future meals. My husband bought this cookbook and I was skeptical, but we tried a couple recipes and I love it! We have found the recipes to be very tasty, the directions easy to follow and the amounts and freezing instructions extremely practical and helpful. Even better, our kids have enjoyed almost everything we made, which is unusual. One tip -- we always make the full quantity, but prepare one immediately for a Saturday or Sunday dinner. If we want to adjust any recipes (change seasonings to our taste, increase/decrease liquids, etc) we put notes on the plastic freezer bags to remind us of any modifications when cooking the next time.

4: Leery at first
Okay I was a little freaked out about making 3 of the same dishes all at once without trying them first. But so far they have all been good. I really like this book. The binding is a little different. But I am going to buy this books for my brother and his wife as a wedding present. That is how much I would recommend it. OH and my kids like the recipes. I have an 8 and a 3 year old. That in itself is a testimony.

5: Even if you don't freeze these, awesome recipes
I don't eat pork or red meat, and these have many of those recipes. I don't use the freezing techniques, even though that's what this book is for.
However, this is my go to book for delicious recipes. Substitute tofu, turkey or fish for the pork and red meat, freeze or cook right away, this book is teh Awesome!
I really do need to try it as intended, though.
