1: Pumpkin Lovers!
I absolutely LOVE pumpkin, but I didn't know how to cook with fresh pumpkin. This book is excellent for not only providing instruction on how to cook fresh pumpkin but it also gives unique and wonderful recipes. There are some traditional recipes, such as a variety of pumpkin soups, however, there are others like risotto and pumpkin gratin. So if you love pumpkin and like to try new things... this is a wonderful book that is easy to use!

3: I am a convert
I love pumpkin pie and make it every year. But when I saw this book I was intruiged. Can you really make a dish for every course with pumpkin? Surely not! Oh, but yes... you can. I am hooked.
I am a pumpkin-cooking fool now!
So yummy, so good for you and it makes you smile. I've even been inspired to use pumpkin in some of my old favorite recipes. The fam loves it and my coworkers are begging me for the recipes. Well, they're getting copies of this book for christmas :)

4: Unique Cookbook
This is a unique book with winning recipes. I have tried the bread, scone, and soup recipes and found them to be delicious, as well as nutritious. I have purchased this book for myself, as well as for gifts, and I would highly recommend!

5: Pumpkin pleasure
A really splendid package of menu's to suit all tastes and personalities. Our grandchildren refer to Pumpkin soups as Grandma's special soups and are always on the look out for variations, so this book has served as a wonderful insight to all the variations that are now possible.
The fact that this book also includes a miriad of other recipes, not normally found in the UK, has proved a treasure and it looks as if we shall continue to grow a regular crop of these wonderful vegetables for many years to come
