1: Good, but a little un-realistic
I enjoyed this book. It had a good plot and was entertaining. Heather puts on a ballet costume and toe shoes and then is transported to New York to dance in a ballet by a magic mirror. I dance ballet and am on pointe myself and found a couple faults in the story. Heather lies to her friends about being on pointe but when she puts on the toe shoes in the attic she dances almost flawlessly. In real life though it takes months to dance without the support of a barre. Then her friend Jillian helps her break in her shoes with a hammer, but you're supposed to break them in by dancing in them and gently bending the soles of the shoes. Breaking them in any other ways could permently damage them. I would still recomend the book, though.

2: An excellent book especially for people who do ballet.
I think this book is one of the best books I have read. It's about Heather going to the attic and finding herself as a guest star in Sleeping Beauty. She sprains her ankle,so she can't dance. In the end,she learns a lesson. I do ballet myself, but I'm not on toe yet.

3: Very Emotional for girls
Heather's Aunt is the star in the Sleeping Beauty, and sends enough tickets for her family. Heather promises her friends tickets for the ballet. But oh no! The tickets are all sold out. Heather sets aside that problem. She puts on pink tights,a tutu, and point shoes- you guessed it! A ballerina. She walks through the mirror and finds herself the star of Sleeping Beauty. During rehersal, she slips on a jete and sprains her ankle! She telling her friend, Jillian huge lies. She's in a tough situation, but being Heather manages confessing.
