1: Fun and exciting!
This was a great anthology of well-chosen and well-written stories. Overall, an interesting view into malesub desires and dreams, told entirely from the malesub perspective.
Some of the stories were cool enough that they could have been much longer (and therefore that much more titillating!), like "A Different Kind of Reality Show." And some of them, like Alyson Tyler's "Flash," were perfect and perfectly wonderful as they were.
Some of them definitely needed to be filed in the "Don't try this at home, kids!" ("i 1t u 2 do sumfin 4 me") but reading about stuff that is seriously taboo like this made those particular stories even hotter.
Certainly staying on my keeper shelf for those moments of relaxation...And I think a fascinating exercise would be to read "Yes, Ma'am," "Yes, Sir," "She's on Top," and "He's on Top," just to see the shifting tones and voices, turn-ons and hotness in the different perspectives!

2: Very Well-Written And Smart Fem Domme Stories
"Yes Ma'am" is a wonderful collection of male submissive/FemDomme stories that work both as excellent writing and erotica. They convey the intensity, the longing and the sensuality of D/s from a male submissive perspective; but many of the stories capture the humor as well.
Most kink-related stories fail because the people who inhabit the stories end up as caricatures. In "Yes Ma'am," you will recognize these people as fully realized, flesh and blood characters - who live to inhabit the edge of sensuality.

3: Excellent collection!
"Yes, Ma'am" is a great collection of stories about female dominance and male submission. With 18 stories all by different authors there is plenty of variety. The women here take charge of men in lots of different ways and locations, and the men couldnt be any happier. Though the women are powerful and assertive, they have fun with their men without seeming hateful.
Jonathan tries to assert himself to Jennifer so she will allow him to take part in a threesome in Lee Ash's "Tea for Three". In "Secret Desires" by Ellen Tevault, Henry secretly lives out his fantasy of serving Loretta but is fearful of scaring her off. Valerie's new husband can only watch as she seeks pleasure without him in Dominic Santi's "Wedding Night."
If I had to pick one favorite, it would be Rachel Kramer Bussel's "Secretary's Day". Matthew gets to live his fantasy by working for the powerful Ms. Davis, where he has to take care of office tasks and duties of a more "personal nature."
There are only a few that didn't do it for me. Some are incredibly hot while others are just enough to get me going. With such a nice selection, there is bound to be a good amount of material to enjoy for people who like the theme.

4: Women Rule
If you are at all turned on by female domination you've got a winner here. Nothing too over the top, but lots of nice scenarios.

5: "Yes, Ma'am," I love this book!
Anyone who is turned on by the idea of a powerful, sexy female top will not be able to walk by this book without purchasing it. The cover alone is worth the price of the anthology. (Where does Cleis Press find such highly charged photo-covers?)
The book's cover hints at what's inside, and what's inside is H-O-T hot! This book is a companion piece to Yes, Sir: Erotic Stories of Female Submission, and together they include almost every possible combination of kink. Delicious!
The back cover says, "'Yes, Ma'am' shows that pleasure's best when dispensed by a firm female hand." That's the beginning of this sexy anthology: Don't miss D. L. King's "A Different Kind of Reality Show," a bizarre fantasy-fulfillment for a New Jersey CPA, now known as "Pretty" to a group of cruel women who torment him in unusual and delightful ways.
Stephen Elliott's "It's Cold Outside" rang delightfully and erotically true, and made me gasp as I recognized some of the players. Well done, Mr. Elliott, well done.
Sylvane Alistair's "An Invitation to the Dance" lingered in my mind long after I'd finished the book. A deeply sexy look at female dominance and male submission, in the truest sense of the words. Don't miss it!
Another winner is Andrea Dale's "His Lady's Manservant" a role-playing romp that starts one weekend and continues on indefinitely. A formerly submissive wife turns the tables on her husband at a weekend murder mystery get-away. Spicy!
All in all, another winner form the creative minds of the deviant authors who submit to Ms. Rachel Kramer Bussel. I have the two books together on my nightstand within reach when I've had a long day. Two thumbs up!
