2: Mirtazapine, mon amour
This is a review of Mirtazapine; and can be considered an adjunct to the reference book in question, rather than a review of it. My purpose is to provide information as to what it is like to be on certain prescription medications, something that most doctors and pharmacists never experience with regard to the drugs they routinely prescribe.
This morning, under the influence of Mirtazapine, I had the following dream:
I was in an upstairs apartment with wood floors. Two prostitutes were standing by, waiting to offer their services. However, one of the prostitutes, a Latina, directed my attention to a collection of small stones on the glass tabletop of a hall counter and indicated that I should gather these up and put them in a ceramic pot, as the array of small stones represented - to her sensibilities - a form of intolerable clutter.
With the Latina prostitute looking on, hands on hips, I began collecting these stones, noticing that some were pale yellow, some pale green like jade. All the stones were polished smooth, presumably by the tides. As I collected these stones I marveled at their deep luster and smoothness; and suddenly became indignant that I was being made to clear them up. I turned to the Latina prostitute and said, "OK, there's the door. Get out." She seemed surprised and somewhat caught off guard. I repeated, more sharply, "Get OUT!"
The next scene in the dream involved the other prostitute, also a Latina but more pale-skinned. We were having extremely vivid and realistic intercourse, with her on top in the cowgirl position, grinding her hips, unclothed from the waist down and wearing a yellow cotton halter top with thin white straps.
This dream was so realistic that remembering it is like remembering actual experiences. I've had the experience many times now that encountering people in Mirtazapine dreams, I have the ineffable sense that I am interacting with real people: people with souls, for want of a better way of putting it.

3: Ultra fast shipping,and a great price!
I bought this for a retired Dr, who is a family member, who really wanted this. At the time I ordered, 12/09 Amazon mentioned there might be a delay in shipping. To my delight, the book came two days later, well before the holiday.
I (think) PDR's are sent to active Dr's free, and financed by the drug firms - the family member in question really missed his copy, and it was nice to be able to find one at Amazon.
Price was outstanding as well, all I saw in local bookstores was the 2009 version for $25 MORE than what Amazon priced the new 2010 version for!
I think this is nice for anyone to have, to have a good understanding of medications they might be on. The average non-medical person might not need one every year, but it is certainly handy to have around the house.
