1: The power of simple

4: Uplifted and Satisfied
I was very pleased with this book; so pleased I bought a copy for four of my friends within a day or two of reading it. I wanted to share this great read. Practical and uplifting spiritual messages.

5: The answer IS simple.
I have purchased many of Sonia's books and CD's. This is her best to date. Although the other books are similarly written in workbook fashion, this guide is clear, concise and easily read. There are many clear, structured exercises to work through each chapter. Midway through the book is an assessment section to help sort out the many thoughts and feelings you realize as you read. I'd recommend this book for those people connecting to a higher self while living in a chaotic world. Thanks Sonia for your excellent work.
