1: Great book
I bought this book because we are vacationing in Maui this summer. It is very good with all the pictures and informative text.

2: Not the best if you enjoy hiking
Contrary to the picture on the cover, this guidebook seems to cater more toward people who like to go to Maui to relax. For active travellers who like hiking in the wilderness, there are better books for Maui. Most of the best hikes and outdoor things to see were not even mentioned in this guidebook.
Also, look elsewhere for good info if you're on a budget.

3: Best Maui Guide
Of all the books out there for Maui, this one is my favorite. It includes great tips as well as tons of color photos. It's much better than the Frommers one.

4: Great Guide to Maui
I will admit that I am a Fodor's fan. I have used their guides for years for a variety of places around the world. There is enough detail for a variety of traveler, a variety of interests, and budgets. By the end of my trip, the pages of my Fodor's guides are well worn. Always worth the price.

5: Great Book!
This book is great, it has a lot of great updated information on Maui activities, both economical and expensive!
