1: Endlessly Fascinating The book is a little dry, but you'd expect that from something by the National Research Council. The information within is concise, well-organized and extremely impressive. Have you ever heard of Tarwi before? No? Well it could be the next big bean to replace soy. It just needs a little R & D.
