1: Amazon nimnews don't understand the meaning of "bundle"!
I have ordered this item twice and each time the jerkwads who work for Amazon would break the set and only send half of it, just the study guide for the 70-270 exam leaving off the guide for 70-271. It may be a good product but I've learned to only buy books that come in singles from Amazon.

Recommended by a fellow student,this book deal can't be beat.Exam Cram has an insert in the front of the book that tells you what you need to know to pass the exam.Well thoght out books,great price,just do it.You can thank me later

3: Useful, but the 272 CD is full of errors
I recently passed both 271 and 272 tests.
The main source for my training (beside years of experience in the field) were the Microsoft self paced training books

MCDST Self-Paced Training Kit (Exam 70-272): Supporting Users andTroubleshooting Desktop Applications on Microsoft(r) Windows(r) XP, Second Edition
This Exam Cram 2 books were useful, too. Beside that, on the contrary to Microsoft heavy hardcover books, they are little and soft and if needed you can easily take them with you on the workplace as a reference book.
Only one regret: the test CDs aren't so good.
Their tests are only 50 questions long (and the questions are always the same) and the 272 CD is full of errors (a lot of answers are counted as wrong even if you answered right).

4: Outdated OLD material, stay away!!!
I bought this book based on the other customer reviews, unfortunately I was very disappointed. This book was written/published before SP2 came out, which makes a BIG difference in the material covered on the exam. Dont get me wrong, this does have plenty of good material, but this is NOT a good sole study guide, this is more of a backup. My advice, save the $40 and go with a different set of books.
