1: Great book! Entertaining and fun to read.
This is the first book I read by this author and I am definitely going to read more from her. While the stroyline was crazy and unrealistic and the ending was predictable, I loved how it was written. It was very easy to read. I stayed up til 3am one night because I couldn't put it down! Several times I found myself laughing out loud (in a good way) while reading it.

2: BETTER THAN THE 1ST!!
While I loved the first book (I do, but I don't) I actually found the quasi-sequal to be even better! I started reading this book and couldn't put it down. It was hilarious and while it's out there, as a 24 year old, I actually found myself relating to Lily's (main character) man troubles on some level. I liked that she was younger (26 years old) and I thought she made a great heroine!

3: Funny follow up to "I Do But I Don't:
Despite pending litigation for showing her estranged husband what she thought of him. Lily travels to London (with her sister's passport no less) to get away from her nasty divorce from philandering rock star Ted to stay with her former boyfriend Carter, an orthopedic surgeon based in London who cannot commit to a hair gel much less a girlfriend. Jealous ex-girlfriends, an incoherent roommate reminiscent of the guy in "Notting Hill," nosey tabloid reporters, and a volunteer job at Carter's Hospital help Lily move on from the bitterness of the breakup with Ted and open her eyes to new romantic possibilities.
It's a sequel to Lockwood's funny romantic comedy "I Do, But I Don't," and readers will be happy to catch up with Lauren and Rick' lives. I love Lockwood's writing style - she writes in such a conversational style, that you feel like a friend is telling you a story (and a very witty friend at that). While parts of the story are predictable, Lockwood's wry observations (why do all London tabloids have exclamation points in their titles?) and witty retorts keep the readers on their toes.

4: Good, but not as good as the first
I Do... but I Don't was MUCH better than this one. Not nearly as exciting or endearing.

5: the cover sold me first
i tend to jump around in what i read. a little drama, a little mystery, some fantasy/scifi. once in a while, i'll take chance and read something "girlie" just to keep myself well rounded. i have to admit, i bought this by cover alone - it seemed flirtatious enough. i was not disappointed. i absolutely loved reading this and found myself giggling at times. i even read a few sections to my husband and he thought they were pretty funny too. i really enjoyed this one and look forward to checking out some of her other work!
