1: This book is very helpful. I read this book before taking the MPRE for the first time in my life. I took the Louisiana bar over 20 years ago and had not taken a bar exam since then. The book shows you how to analyze the test questions. The August 2007 exam was VERY HARD and VERY HORRIBLE!! A number of times I used the method in this book to help find the answer. It must have worked because I made a 93. High recommended, particularly for older attorneys who have not been in law school for a long time.
2: Excellent review book. This book is quick and easy-to-read; having previously taken a professional responsibility class, it was a nice cherry on top in my exam preparation (note that I very easily passed the MPRE on my first try). I just wish it contained the Model Rules of Professional Conduct and the Model Code of Judicial Conduct, the inclusion of which would have been very convenient.
