2: Border Lord's Bride
As always, Beatrice Small has given me an entertaining read. I have enjoyed all of her other books and she didn't let me down this time.

3: Very Hard to Finish
Ellen MacArthur's is Highlander lass who is sent to James the fourth court, when word the her grandsire is dying Duncan Armstrong, the Laird of Duffdour is asked to see her home. When she arrives she finds her grandsire and betrothed dead. Forced to flee, Ellen finds shelter with Duncan for the winter and in the spring they are command to married by James. But Ellen finds the Borders to be a dangerous place.
"The Borders Lord's Bride" is the second book by Bertice Small and I have to say that I found very hard to finish. At times I felt that was be given an history lesson and not reading a romance novel. I am hoping that the final book features Mordac Bruce and that its better.
