1: Shredderman Shreds!!
This is my son's new "favorite book!" He is really getting into the characters and dialog. Personally, I love the fact that a "nerd" is the hero, making math and learning not just cool, but "TIGHT!"

2: My son loves the book!
My 9 year old son loves this book! I had to choose between 4 different books to get him for a summer reading extra-credit activity for school, and after reading the other reviews, picked this one. Thanks goodness I did - this is the first time I've actually seen him sit down and be interested in a fictional story book! In the past, the only books that even half-way interested him were non-fictional books about space, animals, rocks, dinosaurs, etc., and he would only skim through those and read the parts he wanted. I read this book myself so I would be able to know what he is talking about when he starts work on his book report, and found it to be funny and entertaining. My son laughed out loud at several points, and had to bring the book to me to read those parts to me. I am sure I will be purchasing the next books in the series in the near future!

3: great set of books!!!
These books are a great, easy read! My 8 year old son couldn't get enough and it's a good thing, too, as they are listed on his schools' AR list. He read through them quickly, and although we checked them out at the library, he has asked if we can purchase them so he can have them to read anytime! I highly recommend this series. I do think it helps kids with coping skills and how to manage those quirky situations at school, should they arise. Nolan Byrd, you rock!

4: Bubba's caught!
I loved this book because it is full of surprises. Shredder man climbs on roofs, he has a secret identity, and he catches Bubba in action. But you will have to read it to find out what will happen next.

5: Children's Librarian who LOVES this book
This book is fantastic for boys, reluctant readers and everyone in between. I am a children's librarian and I have done several programs highlighting this book. It's written in a very accessible and conversational style that draws you right in. Nolan is a 5th grade nerd who comes up with a secret identity and an ingenius plan to foil the school bully. This book will have you wondering how you can be an everyday superhero.
