1: The best I've seen on the subject
I've read all three of Monroe's excellent books on OBEs and to me they are all one book/one story, so this review is for all one of them. After having three Out of Body Experiences myself I feel that Robert Monroe is a True-Truthteller. His writing strikes me as scientific in nature; for example, if California were one's body/physical realm then Nevada (next door, and Out of Body) could be represented as 'A' and New York as 'Z' ... with all the states inbetween making up the transitionary letters in corresponding order of space & distance. Monroe describes the Astral terrain in such clear & easy to understand terms, space & distance, or the amount of distance "out" and each corresponding environment. Hard to explain, but if you really need more information on OBEs then I feel you are currently looking at the diamond. Definetely best to read all three books in chronological order of publication date, and see how this very sane man and his understandings/overview changed over time also in the midst of such extreme circumstances. 5/5.

2: If you're interested in out of body experiences, this is a must-read
Fly alongside Bob Monroe as he intrigues you with engaging stories about his first out of body experiences. Monroe does not ask you to believe in a word he says, but rather only asks that you consider the possibility that you are more than your physical body.
Don't take it from him though, his book is intended to enlighten, excite, and encourage you to seek out your own answers.

3: Great
Anyone familiar with vedic/hindu/buddhist esoteric teachings and OBE's will love this book. Along with this, sceptics or those who strive for scientific evidence will also love it! Monroe's account of his OBE's and experiments will make you scared, laugh, happy and curious to explore the subject further. Especially in this book, with his limited experience, he does make it sound dangerous and scary; I recommend looking at his other books if you've bought this one and enjoyed it.

4: Interesting, Plausible
This book describes an unusual (to me) series of experiments whose effect is to confirm the existence of a relationship between OOBEs and events in the physical world. While it would be possible to create such an account as fiction, the author pays attention to this problem of repeatable verification, making the book interesting to read.

5: Fascinating trip and concise guide
In the simplest possible way the author tries , and I think with success, to give his experience and the long way he had to pass through, in order to accept his new normal abilities, everyone's ability as he states.
Its also surprising how through reasoning try to convince that his experiences are not dream or fantasy. Additionally gives some guidelines for those who want to give a try.....
A fascinating trip and a concise guide.
