1: A Ripping Good Story
Most of Jennifer Pappas old schoolmates attended the ten-year reunion at Magnolia College. Josie Skereritt couldn't attend. Her skeleton had been discovered by a construction crew breaking ground for the new library. Penny Brighton isn't there either, probably because she's the prime suspect in Josie's death. Mason Grant is there, though. He was Jennifer's closest friend back in school, but their senior year something happened that changed him. He has an aloof, wary outlook that she doesn't remember, but Jennifer doesn't want to ask questions. She has a secret in her own life she'd just as soon not have revealed. Then DNA testing reveals Mason is the father of Josie's daughter, and Penny is out to make everyone who ever crossed her pay in full, and Jennifer and Mason head her list.
Marta Perry is an outstanding romantic suspense writer. Final Justice is the last of the Reunion Revelation series, and you won't want to miss it. Lots of suspense, and full of twists and turns, right up to the surprise ending.
