1: An okay ending to this series...
Waitress by day and office cleaner by night, Kathy is so pretty she just can't be anything else but a golddigging strumpet out to capture the impossibly rich, ruthless and handsome Sergio Torrente. Even her chess playing ability is suspect because everyone knows Sergio likes to play chess. Poor Kathy gets steamrolled by the magnificently virile and sexy Sergio and the next thing she knows she's pregnant and he is none too happy. Declining his "help" she leaves Sergio and while he's partying hard on a friend's yacht, she's busy having his babies. She has complications during the end and one of her friend's finally tells him where she is and now that she's unable to fight back, Sergio is able to take control of the situation. They try to make another go at a romance, for their baby and for themselves but unfortunately Kathy's past comes back and tries to wreck their newfound happiness. It's up to Sergio to prove his love by standing up for her and finding the real villain.

Bravo to Kathy. She was pissed and she wasn't going to take it anymore. Sergio let her down for the last time and when she walked out of his life, taking his unborn child with her, bravo! It's rare to read about a heroine who was genuinely done with her hero and she seemed honestly determined to make it on her own. Regardless how difficult she made it for Sergio to find her, he could have searched a wee bit harder because it didn't seem to me that he made that much of an effort. He is a billionaire after all and I don't think it's too hard to hire a private investigator. But whatever. Also, he was definitely too stubborn in his refusal to discuss Kathy's past. Alot of unnecessary angst on this one but since that would have taken away half the book if it wasn't there, whatever. This was an alright read. He was a little too much of playboy for me but this was still a nice ending to the Rich, Ruthless and Really Handsome series.

2: Constant
Lynne Graham proves once again why I have always thought she is a very talented author. Her books never disappoint. I have never opened one of her books and not gotten exactly what I expected and maybe a little something extra to keep me coming back for more. She's the reason I read Harlequin today and have since discovered authors like Michelle Reid, Anne Mather, Sharon Kendrick, lord! Emma Darcy, Sandra Marton, Julia James, Helen Bianchin, and lately Abby Green, also Olivia Gates who writes for Silhouette. Lynne Graham is a definite buy without looking at anything more than her name on the cover. She delivers a particular style that's consistent, touching, and often surprising without surrendering her unique style. What style is that you ask? Strong dominant male with no excuses, but a one-woman man. The woman is often ordinary, in need, (let's remember this is fantasy) and must be helpless against the powerful physical sexual attraction pulling her toward that dominant male. If this sounds like something that would draw you then read Lynne Graham and you won't be disappointed.

3: Harlequin but good
This is very lollipop with the character study, but it's so much fun to read. Flawed Fantasy man vs strong beautiful woman with an insurmountable dilemma which is solved and overcome. That's romance.

4: Not too bad.
Lynne Graham has been steadily improving of late. This one was not to bad. My biggest pet peeve was "her apple green eyes". This was repeated so often it became both distracting and annoying. Yes Ms. Graham, after the third useage we got the fact that the heroine had "apple green eyes". There was no need to remind us over and over and over again.

5: LOVE IT! LOVE IT!
Superb conclusion to the Rich, the Ruthless, and the Really Handsome series. And the hero is seriously rich, somewhat ruthless, and really, really handsome. The spunky heroine is a great match for him. When they first met, the attraction between them was immediate and intense. This book has it all: good story, appealing hero and heroine, sizzling chemistry, passionate love scenes, memorable dialogue, beautiful setting. I'm so sad to see this trilogy coming to an end because after three months of consecutive Lynne Graham books (what a treat that was!), I don't know when the next one will come out. Lynne Graham is by far the best Harlequin author ever!
