1: helped pass the test
For the most part I used the computerized test questions that come with this book to help study for the test. The practice test I took the night before the exam was almost exactly the score I received. I did pass the test after buying this book.

3: Exception Review for CCRN Exam
I purchased this review book for a colleague as a gift. I used a prior addition in the past and successfully passed the CCRN exam. Robin Dennison has creative ways of chunking and presenting "need to know" information. I highly suggest this book if you or your fellow ICU nurses want to successfully pass the exam. It's well worth the price!

4: Great Book
I have this book and the review book from the AACN. Pass CCRN is a much easier read. I use it to study and as a reference for my work. I highly recommend Pass CCRN.

5: CD of questions worth its weight in gold
If you are searching for a reference to use to actually pass the CCRN certification, the CD of questions which comes with this reference is the real star of the show. I work with many other nurses who have and are currently pursuing their CCRN, on a nursing forum, and over the past year, we have found that the scores that one achieves on this CD almost exactly correlates to the actual exam!! Personally, I was getting 85% on the Dennison CD and I got 85% on the CCRN exam. This CD will let you know what you are weak in and when you are ready to take and pass the exam. Don't let this one pass you buy and be careful when buying a used version of this book, many times it comes without the CD.
The book is very good as a reference only, it has way too much information for the exam itself. If you want to pass the CCRN exam... the CD is a must have!!!
