1: Landuse in a Nutshell Having taken Land Use Control Law at the University of Wisconsin - School of Law in 1984 I found this book an excellent review. It doesn't replace case law but the overview that it provides is excellent. Now serving on the Planning and Zoning Board in the city in which I live it is indespensible and easy to read. I am very glad that I purchased it.
